Nancy is the go-to person for account trading, fund requests, quarterly reports, statements and required minimum distribution requests on tax-qualified plans. She is CFO and interacts with accountants and mortgage brokers as needed.
Nancy began her career three decades ago at a large investment management firm. Over the years, her responsibilities grew to include Account Administration, Trading and Compliance. Our clients appreciate her prompt attention to their questions, requests for funds and her ability to interface with their accountants at tax time.
If you visit our office on a warm summer day, you just might see her motorcycle in the parking lot. She is also a very talented operatic singer and is active in several Bay Area opera productions.

A long-time employee of The Putney Financial Group, the central focus of Denise’s professional life has been on developing a close rapport with clients. She is committed to getting their needs met in a timely and effective manner while acting as liaison between our clients and our advisors.
Denise’s publishing and marketing background enable her to use her critical thinking, writing and editing skills to showcase a company that not only takes pride in its written materials, but one that aspires to the highest standards of ethics and excellence in business.
Outside the office, Denise enjoys visits to Santa Fe during opera season; Nancy Meyers’ movies; creative writing; lots of TV shows (Shark Tank, Food Network, tennis, reruns of the old Inspector Morse series on PBS, etc.); and long discussions about the latest titles in health, spirituality and fiction.
Client Services and New Account Manager

As Client Services and New Account Manager, Rebecca assists clients with setting up new account paperwork as well as changing/adding beneficiary designations or monthly and/or periodic distributions.
Her extensive background as an Accounts Payable Manager for a local contracting firm that involved meticulous attention and follow through has created the perfect transition for her current work at Putney. Rebecca cares and that attitude pervades in her dedication to detail.
More than anything, Rebecca loves to spend quality time with her family, preparing healthful, tasty meals and engaging in lively dinner table conversation. Each year for the past 39 years, her entire extended family which includes husband, son, two daughters, two grandkids and an octogenarian mom have headed off to the back side of Yosemite, unplugging from all electronics, for a fun-packed week of reconnecting in nature.
Community Relations Coordinator

Jill is Community Relations Coordinator with responsibilities for event planning and philanthropic projects. With more than 20 years’ experience as a Senior Event Manager, logistics are her forte. She understands client needs and assures special events are just that.
She assists in many areas of the firm, from client services to Putney’s philanthropic interests and investments. Jill is also a Licensed Sales Producer, Insurance Property and Casualty.
In her free time, Jill is an avid and competitive horsewoman, with two high-achieving daughters in college. She lives in Novato and enjoys hiking and trips to the beach.
