Greg Gener

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Greg combines deep local roots with over 20 years of Risk Management Experience. Having served as the Branch Manager of three prominent banks over that period Greg would work closely with his clients to help them manage their Budgets, their Liabilities, and Plan for the future.

Since 2022, Greg has served as the Director of Business Development for The Putney Financial Group where he continues to deliver provide sound counsel utilizing his many years of Community Banking Experience in an unbiased environment where the client’s interests always come first.

Greg holds an insurance license with the State of California and has served on numerous boards throughout his career, including serving as of the Treasurer of the Business Improvement District of San Rafael. A graduate of San Francisco State University with a BA in Political Science. Greg enjoys spending time with his family, reading, traveling, and playing golf.
